*vermicelli Noodles,4 oz or 0.5 cup ( broken to small pieces)*White Rice, medium grain, 1 cup ( washed and sift )*Ghee, 25 gram(s) Water, tap, 1.5 cup (8 fl oz) Salt, 1 tbsp Pepper, black, 1 dash cinnamon fine , 1 dash
1-fry the eggs noodles until they have a golden color
2-then add the washed rice stir until all grains coated with the ghee , add salt, pepper and cinnamon.
3-add the water and wait until boiled to lower the temperature to the lowest
4- cover the pan and let the steam do the cooking
5-after 15 min stir once and cover
6-wait another 15 min to stir the rice again
at this moment the rice will be fluffy and ready to serve as a side dish with curry or stew.
