Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Panckaes

2 cups Arrowhead Mills All Purpose Gluten Free Flour1 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp cinnamon2 eggs2 TBS rice bran oil (canola or vegetable oil will work too)2 cups vanilla almond milk1 cup Ghiradelli 60% bittersweet chocolate chips
Add all ingredients into a large bowl and whisk together until well blended. Preheat a large skillet over medium-low heat, and spray with cooking oil. (Make sure there is no dairy or gluten in the spray.) Using a 1/4 measuring cup, scoop out the batter and pour into pan. You may need a spoon or spatula to help get the batter out as it will be thick. Cook for about 3 minutes on side and about 3 minutes or so on the other side. Continue with remaining batter.
Serving Size: Makes 12 - 1/4 cup pancakes.
