10 chicken thighscan of pineapple tidbits with juice reserved1/2 cup of lite soy sauce1/2 cup of honey3 Tbsp of KetchupGarlic cloves, pepper
brown chicken thighs in fryng pan. Mix all ingredients (leaving out pinapple chunks) and place in slow cooker on low for 4 hours. once done remove chicken and add corn starch and tidbits to juice to thicken for a sauce. serve with rice and salae
