Ingredients
1 Slice Ezekiel 4:9 bread1 Tbl Pizza Sauce (I used Dei Fratelli)4 slices turkey pepperoni1/4 c 2% low fat cottage cheeseMay top with 1/8 tsp of favorite Italian spices.
Directions
Lightly toast bread. Top with sauce, pepperoni and then cottage cheese. Place on baking sheet and bake til heated through. Place under broiler to brown if desired.
