2 Cans Mixed Vegetables (no salt added)3 Cans Green Beans (no salt added)1 can Corn (no salt added)1 Can Peas (no salt added)1 Can Diced Tomatoes (no salt added)1 64 ounce Low Sodium V8 vegetable juice1 Pound of Natural Beef Stew Meat
Directions
Put all ingredients in a crock pot and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high 4 hours....enjoy
