6 eggs - large slightly beaten1 tsp. salt1 tsp. dry mustard2 cups skim milk6 slices white bread (cut off crust and cut in cubes)1 lb. breakfast sausage, cooked and cut in slices or chopped in food processor1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Beat eggs, add rest of ingredients, put in greased 9x13 pan, cover and refrigerate overnight (12 hours).
Bake uncovered at 325 degrees for 45 min. - 1 hour
