Ingredients
1.25 lbs lean ground beef2 C diced green peppers2 C sliced mushrooms2 C cauliflower (stems & leafs removed)1 Can crushed tomatoes2 Cloves diced Garlic2 tsp onion powder2 tsp Real Salt2 Tbls chili powder1 tsp ground Black Pepper
Directions
Brown ground beef. Add garlic, vegetables, spices and tomatoes. Simmer for 30-45 minutes until vegetables are tender.
