Pork Chow Mein

Ingredients
1 lb lean pork cut in cubes3 stalks celery sliced2 cups onion large dice1/2 cup green bell pepper sliced1/2 cup red sweet pepper sliced1 cup fresh mushrooms sliced2 cups bean sprouts (or one can)1 small jar diced or sliced pimentos2 Tbsp molasses1 cup chicken broth2 to 3 Tbsp corn starchsoy sauce or salt to taste1 cup cooked brown rice
Directions
Add oil to wok or saute pan. Saute pork on all sides in a wok or large saute pan. Add vegetables and stir fry until crisp tender. Combine molasses, chicken broth and corn starch, pour over vegetables and stir until sauce is slightly thickened.
Serve over cooked rice
