Heavy Whipping Cream, 1 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped) (remove)Butter, salted, 4 tbsp (remove)Granulated Sugar, 3 tsp (remove)Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)Garlic, 4 clove (remove)Ginger Root, 9 tsp (remove)Garam Masala, 2 tbsp (remove)*365 Organic Diced Tomatoes, 3 cup (remove)
Melt butter and add chopped onion until it is golden brown.
Add the chopped garlic, shredded ginger and the Garam Masala.
Add the 2 cans of Diced tomatoes and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add the contents of the pan to a blender and process until smooth.
Pour back into the simmer pan and add the 1 cup of Heavy Cream.
Serving Size: Makes 5 1-cup servings
