Ham and Noodle Casserole

Ingredients
6 ounces fine no yolk noodles1.5 cups 1% cottage cheese1 10 ounce pacakge of frozen vegetables, thawed and drained1 cup cubed fully cooked lean ham3/4 cup reduced fat sour cream1/4 cup non fat milk3 Tablespoons grated parmesan cheese1 teaspoon dill weed or 1 Tablespoon snipped fresh dill2 teaspoons all purpose flour
Directions
Cook noodles according to package directions, drain. In a large bowl, combine the reamining ingredients. Add noodles and toss to coat. Transfer to a 2 quart baking dish coated with cooking spray.

Cover and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Uncover, bake 5-10 minutes longer or until heated through. Let stand for five minutes before serving

Makes four 1 cup serving.

    This was good, but didn't like the dill flavor, so used garlic instead. - 3/17/08
