2 boxes jiffy corn muffin mix1 can canned diced green chilis1/2 cup egg beaters1/2 cup reduced fat sour cream
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Pour into 9x13 baking dish.
Bake at 400 degrees for 20-30 minutes until done.

Cut into 15 squares.
