Creamy Tomato Soup

Butter, 3 tbsp Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 cup, chopped or sliced Vegetable Broth, 3.75 cup Milk, nonfat, .66 cup Granulated Sugar, 1 tsp
Melt the butter in a large pan. Add the tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes until the skins start to wrinkle. Season to taste with Salt and Pepper.
Add the stock to the pan, bring to a boil, cover and simmer 10 minutes.
Remove the soup from the heat and place in a food processor and blend the mixture to form a smooth consistancy.
Pass the soup through a strainer to remove any tomato skin or pips.
Place the soup in te pan and return to the heat. Stir in the milk and sugar. Warm the soup through.
