1 lb Lean Ground Turkey.5 cups Diced Green Bell Peppers.5 cups Diced White Onion1 cup Water2 cups Canned whole Tomatoes2tbsp Chili Powder or to taste1 tsp Splenda1 tsp Chicken Boullion1.5 cups Cooked Pinto Beans
Combine turkey peppers and onions in a dutch oven, cook until browned.
Drain dripping.
Stir in remaining ingredients except beans.
Cover and simmer 1 hr stirring occasionally.
Add beans and simmer 5 minutes.
