Gluten Free Banana Bread

2 Cups Gluten Free Flour1 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt1/2 Cup butter1/2 Cup turbinado sugar2 eggs, lightly beaten3 tbs maple syrup6 ripe bananas
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
2.In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. In a separate bowl, cream together butter and sugar. Stir in eggs, maple syrup, and mashed bananas until well blended. Add the banana mixture to the flour mix until batter is just moist. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan.
3. Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 30 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into center of the loaf comes out clean. If using muffin or cupcake tins, bake for 15 minutes or until a toothpick can be inserted into the center comes out clean.
Serving Size: Makes 16 slices
