Spinach Dip with Greek Yogurt

Ingredients
1 10 package frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry1/2 cup olive oil mayo2 1/2 cups nonfat greek yogurt 1 package (i T) knorr veggie soup mix1.5 cup sliced waterchestnuts 3 large scallions, choppedsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Mix wet ingredients together with the soup mix, then add the other ingredients. Chill for at least 30 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 4 cups, so 8 1/2 cup servings.
