Ingredients
2 large eggs, 1 cup fresh mushrooms sliced, 1/4 cup green onions, salt and pepper to taste, 1 slice whole wheat bread, 1 tsp margarine (becel)
Directions
cook mushrooms and onions first. beat eggs with 1 tbsp of milk, pour into frying pan, scoop sides up with spatula, cook.
Add mushrooms and onions.
