Ingredients
Smoked turkey sausageshrimpbrown riceonionbell peppercelerycanned diced tomatoschicken brotholive oil
Directions
sautee diced onions, green pepper & celery in olive oil until soft. Add chicken broth & Canned tomatoes and brown rice. Cover and heat on low until rice has cooked. Slice smoked turkey sausage and brown on s sheet tray in the oven. When sausage is browned, add it to the jambalaya when the rice is done and put the shrimp in. Shrimp will not take a long time to cook at all.
