Low Carb Stuffed Bell Peppers

Ingredients
Mix together the following ingredients:1 lb lean ground beef1/2 large onino, chopped1/3 cup mayo, regular2 tsp crushed in your hand Italian seasoning1/2 Tbl garlic and onion powder1 Tbl Tapatio sauce1 cup crushed spicy pork rinds (Bakenettes) Cut each bell pepper in half and fill with the above mixture.Place in crock pot sprayed with non stick spray.Sauce: Mix tomato sauce with 1/2 Tbl of garlic powder and 2 tsp of Italian seasoning and pour over the stuffed bell peppers. Cook in crock pot on high for 6 hours or more.
Directions
Cook in crock pot for 6 hours.

Serving Size: Makes 4 servings of a half stuffed bell pepper each.
