Banana Walnut Muffins

Ingredients
2 medium Bananas1/4 cup packed Brown Sugar1/4 cup Canola Oil1 large Egg1 cup Whole Wheat Flour1/2 tsp Baking Powder1/2 tsp Baking Soda1 dash Salt1/2 tbsp Vanilla Extract1/2 cup Buttermilk30 grams chopped Walnuts
Directions
Mash Bananas. Add brown sugar, oil and egg. Mix well. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add to wet ingredients and mix well. Add buttermilk and vanilla. Mix well again. Bake in paper lined or greased muffin tin for 30 minutes at 350 degrees F. Makes 8 medium sized muffins.
