Mustard Sauce

Ingredients
1 cup fage 2 % greek yogurt1/4 cup frenchs dijo mustard2 tbsp. honey dijon mustard 1 egg white
Directions
Boil and egg and throw away the yolk. Sieve the egg white through a fine mesh strainer.
mix in rest of ingredients and chill at least 10 minutes. Will thicken as it stands.

Serving Size: Makes 6 - 1/4 cup servings.
