Gluten Free Fudgy Brownies

Ingredients
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract1/4 Cup Coconut Oil Melted but Cooled2 Eggs1/2 Cup Canned Coconut Milk Cream (From the top of an unshaken refrigerated can of full fat coconut milk)3/4 Cup Gluten Free Flour (Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Baking Flour)1/3 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder1/2 Teaspoon Salt3/4 Cup Sugar
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Coat Baking pan with coconut oil (I used a 9x9 pan)
Whisk dry ingredients together
Mix wet ingredients together
Stir together wet and dry ingredients (do not over stir)
Pour batter into pan
Bake for 18-20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
