Healthy Meatloaf made with Brown Rice and Quinoa

Ingredients
1 pkg McCormick seasoning mix2 lbs.96/4 very lean ground beef2 eggs lightly beaten1/2 cup lactaid fat free milk (skim milk can be used)1 cup Seeds of change brown rice with quinoa(I use it instead of bread crumbs)1/2 cup ketchup or tomato sauce
Directions
Mix all ingredients together Place in foil-lined baking pan except for Ketchup or tomato sauce.
Shape mixture into a loaf, top with ketchup or sauce
Bake in preheat 375F oven for 1 hour or until cooked through
