Ingredients
1 Large Egg1 Pre-cooked Turkey Sausage Patty1/8 cup of Shredded Colby-Jack Cheese1 Whole Wheat Tortilla
Directions
Scramble egg add to a preheated skillet, with a little non-stick spray. Crumble sausage. Add sausage and cheese to egg. Cook until egg is done and sausage is warmed thru. Warm tortilla in microwave for 10-12 seconds. Pout out egg mixture onto tortilla. Add a splash of hot sauce or salsa if you prefer. Wrap tortilla burrito style and off you go.
