Italian Meatball Soup

Ingredients
ground beef garlic onioncelery carrotseggegg whitechicken brothwaterParmesannutmeggarlic powderzucchinibread crumbsevoo
Directions
Saute celery, carrot, onion, bay leaves and garlic in olive oil.
Add Broth, canned tomatoes and water
bring to boil then simmer covered
Mix meat, parm, nutmeg, garlic powder, bread crumbs, egg and egg white together
Form meatballs
Drop into soup while boiling
Add chopped zucchini
Cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes
