Ingredients
Whole wheat pastamedium onionmedium bell perpper2 gloves garlic1 lb. ground turkey1 large can diced tomatoesoregano to tastebasil to tastesalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Sautee onions, peppers and garlic, add spices (spices are free); boil whole wheat pasta, cook ground turkey and combine all with a large can of diced tomatoes. Voila!
