Ground Turkey and Rice Casserole

Ingredients
16 oz Ground turkey 1 medium Onions, diced .5 cup Rice 1 cup Frozen Corn 2 stalk Celery,diced 1 can Tomato Soup 1 tsp Garlic powder 1 tsp cayenne 1 tbsp Parsely,dry 1 tbsp Oregano, ground .5 cup Water
Directions
Brown ground turkey breast, add onion and celery and cook another 2-3 minutes. Combine all ingredients in a casserole dish that has been sprayed with Non-stick spray. Bake in 350 degree oven for 75-90 minutes (until rice is tender.) Serve with vegetables or a side salad. May top with part-skim mozzerella, if desired.
