Green Smoothie with coconut oil

Ingredients
1 cup water1 tsp coconut oil2 cups of kale or spinach2 T flax seeds1 cup berries1 banana
Directions
Put water in blender, blend in kale and or spinach, add banana, then berries, flax seeds then coconut oil. Blend til smooth. Drink and Enjoy
