1 15 oz can chickpeas or approx 2 cups cooked, dried beans, drained.1 avocadojuice of 1/2-1 lime or lemon1/2 chopped fresh cilantro1/3 chopped onion1/2 tsp salt
Directions
Blend or mash chickpeas and avocado together (depending on how smooth you want the texture). Fold in other ingredients.
