Potato Ham Cakes

Ingredients
683 g mashed potatoes (without salt or butter or milk)300 g Paysan chopped ham2 large eggsparsley
Directions
Cook and mash potatoes
Add chopped ham, eggs and parsley
Mix everything into a dough
Form little patties and put them on a parchment lined cookie sheet
Bake for appr. 10 minutes on each side at 350 F.
