one pound lean beef, thinly sliced bit size1/4 cup olive oil1/4 cup flour2-10 oz cans Old El Paso Red Enchillada Sauce8 tsp hot sauce2-4.5 cans green chillies1 can diced tomatoes5 cloves garlic
To your flour, add the cocoa and a pinch of salt. Dredge your meat in it. In an oven safe pan, heat oil on the stove, then add meat that you just dredged. As meat is browning, add the garlic and the two cans of chillies and enchillada sauce. This should thicken. Cook for 5-7 minutes on stove top, then, before putting in the oven, add the jalepenos, and hot sauce. Cover and bake for 20 minutes on 375 degrees Farenheit.
