Spinach & Artichoke Saute

Ingredients
1 cup of spinach1 13.75-oz can of quartered artichoke hearts, drained and rinsed1 cup of vegetable broth2 cloves of garlic2 tsp of cornstarch
Directions
Add broth, artichokes, spinach, and garlic into heavy bottomed medium sauce pan. Saute until spinach wilts and garlic is fragrant. Add cornstarch to thicken. Serve hot.
