Low fat Green Enchillada's

Ingredients
Rosarita Refried Beans, Fat Free, 1.75 cup*GREEN ENCHILADA SAUCE, 1 canOnions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Jalapeno Peppers, 1 pepperCorn Tortillas, 20 tortilla, medium (approx 6" dia) *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz *Kraft Shredded 2% Mexican Four Cheese blend, 1.5 cup
Directions
Brown your meat and pepper and onion. Salt and pepper to taste. Poor half your sauce in with the cooked meat and let cook for 5min. Use pam and a fry pan and heat up your tortilla's they need to be soft and bendable. Pour other half of sause in bottom of a cake pan. Take one tortilla and spread your beans and a small amount of meat and cheese and then roll and place in pan. Repeat until you have them all done then take the rest of the meat and beans and put on top and cover with the rest of your cheese. Back for 20 min or until the cheese is bubbly. Back on 350.
