Paula's Veggie Packs for Grilling

2 medium red potatoes (about 500 grams)1/4 small zucchini1/4 medium onion2 baby carrots1/4 green bell pepper4 grape tomatoes1/4 cup fresh sugar snap peas2 tsp extra light olive oilGreek seasoningSalt & pepper
Chop all veggies into bite-size pieces & place in center of a large square of heavy duty foil.
Drizzle olive oil overtop of the veggies, sprinkle with Greek seasoning, salt & pepper to taste.
Place veggie pack on grill (around 350-400*) and cook for about 45 minutes or so, turning occasionally.
**This recipe makes a fairly large veggie pack that could be shared by two people. Nutritional information is calculated for one full veggie pack. When adding to nutrition tracker, make sure to adjust the serving size accordingly if sharing a veggie pack between two people!
