Ingredients
1/3 cup chopped celerey3 Tsp chopped onion2 Tsp margarine (soft)1 large squash (peeled and cubed)16 oz vegetable broth8 oz fat free cream cheese
Directions
sautee onion, celery, and margarine until translucent. Mix in vegetable broth and chopped sqaush; cook until squash is soft/tender (approx. 20-25 minutes). Put squash base and cream cheese in blender, and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
