Chicken Crepes

Ingredients
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts6 boneless chicken breasts1 onion chopped2 cups sliced mushroomspaprika pinch of salt and pepper
Directions
Poach the chicken in a stockpot. Shred chicken and in a deep skillet sautee chopped onion in some butter and add the 2 Tbsp of paprika and the chicken and some broth and the mushrooms, mix together and cover and simmer for about 20 minutes
