4 oz. Round steak, cut in strips1 cup green pepper, cut in strips1 cup red pepper, cut in strips1 cup celery, cut in strips1 cup carrots, cut in strips1 cup onions, sliced1 cup Sugar snap peas1 cup shredded cabbage1 tbsp. soy sauce2 tsp. sugar1/3 cup water1 packet Sun-Bird Stir-Fry Asian Seasoning Mix (corn starch)
Combine soy sauce, sugar, water and Sun-Bird Stir Fry Seasoning Mix (corn starch).
In large skillet heat oil - add beef and stir fry until browned. Add vegetables and stir fry until crispy tender. Add liquid ingredients and stir fry for about 1 minute or until thickens.
