Ingredients
Celery, raw, 1 cup, dicedCucumber (peeled), 1 cup, pared, choppedHam, regular (11% fat), 1 cup, dicedFresh Express - Double Carrots - 2 cups, 2 servingFlax Seed Meal (ground flax), 4 tbspChick Peas, 1 cupRadishes, 2 cup slicesBeets, boiled, 1 cup slicesKale - Glory chopped kale, fresh, 2 cupHard Boiled Egg, 2 cup, choppedCheddar Cheese, 1 cup, shreddedChia Seed (Nutiva) 1 Tbsp, 2 tbspMushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices
Directions
In a bowl blend all ingredients except chick peas, beets, cheese, flax meal, chia seeds, egg, ham and dressing.

Serving Size: Makes enough for 2 huge salads - but you can stretch it to 8 or more smaller salads.
