Vegetable Curry

Ingredients
Mixed Vegetables, frozen, 1.5 package (10 oz) Peas, frozen, 1.5 cup Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Ghee, unsalted, 3 tbsp (Ghee is clarified butter.)Yogurt, plain, low fat, 2/3 cupGarlic, 6 tsp Curry powder, 2 tbsp Garam Masala, 1 tspMustard Seeds, 1 tspTumeric, 1 tsp
Directions
Heat ghee on medium pan. Add spices. They should sputter. Cook for approx 1 minute. Add onion. Cook until the onion becomes transparent. Add garlic. Cook for one minute. Add vegetables and yogurt. Reduce heat and heat through. Serve immediately over rice.
