Ground Turkey Vegetable Meatloaf

Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey3 carrots-minced3 stalks celery-minced1/2 minced onion1 small green pepper-minced1 small red pepper minced1 egg white2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce1/4 cup ketchup1/2 cup skim milk1 cup Fiber One original cereal-mix in food processor1/3 cup Pancko crumbs3 Tbsp dry onion soup mix2 Tbsp dried parsley1/2 tsp garlic powderPepperGlaze1/3 cup ketchup1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar1 Tbsp Worcestershire saucehot sauce
Directions
Saute minced vegetables in non stick pan sprayed with cooking spray. Pour milk over cereal in small bowl. Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Spray a glass casserole dish with cooking spray. Form mixture into a loaf. Top with glaze. Bake in 375 oven for one hour.
