1 cp soy flour1/2 cp potato starch flour1/4 cp rice flour3/4 tsp baking soda1 1/4 tsp cream of tartar1/2 tsp salt1/3 cp butter2/3 cp sugar2 eggs1 mashed banana
Mix all dry ingredients. Add butter, eggs and banana. Stir. Put in greased bread pan. Preheat oven to 350. Bake 30 minutes or until done.
