Slow Cooker Salsa Chicken

Ingredients
1 whole chicken, skinless1 cup of salsa1/2 pkg of taco seasoning1 can of cream of mushroom soup(condensed)1/2 cup of no fat sour cream1 cup of salsa2 med.onions diced10 mushrooms1/2 cup of corn4 green onions sliced1 pasilla pepper2 green peppers
Directions
Cut up chicken and remove skin.Put in slow cooker.Cut up veggies and put in slower cooker.Sprinkle taco seasoning in.Cook on low 6-8 hours.Remove from heat and stir in sour cream.Serve with rice.
