Mom's Baked Mac and Cheese

Ingredients
4 cups uncooked elbow macaroni2 tbs salted butter3 tbs all purpose floursalt and pepper to taste1-1/4 cup 1% milk4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare macaroni according to package instructions, drain. Place in casserole dish prepared with cooking spray.

Melt butter over medium heat. Add flour, salt and pepper to create paste. Slowly stir in milk and heat until thickened, stirring occassionaly. Add 3-1/2 cups cheese a little at a time. Stir until thick. Add to macaroni and mix in completely. Top with remaining cheese. Cook in oven for 30 minutes.
