SALAD 1/4 c. Quinoa 1 large cucumber, diced (not peeled) 1 Avocado cut, cubed 1/3 c. raw sunflower seeds 1/4 cup raw walnuts 2 T Nutritional Yeast 8 c. fresh spring mix

Combine all salad ingredients into large mixing bowl.
