Curried Chick peas and rice

Ingredients
Onions, raw, 1 medium Garlic, 2 clove Olive Oil, 2 tbsp *Brown Rice, long grain, 2 cup cooked *Chick Peas, 1.75 cup Water, tap, .5 cup (8 fl oz) Parsley, 2 tbsp Salt, .5 tsp Basil, .5 tbsp Marjoram, dried, .5 tsp Turmeric, ground, .5 tsp Pepper, black, .25 tsp
Directions
1. Saute the onion and garlic in olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, until tender.

2.Stir in the cooked rice and the remaining ingredients. Cover the skillet, reduce the heat to low, and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
