Chicken Stir Fry 1

Ingredients
Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast, 8 oz Soy Sauce, 3 tbspPotato, raw, .5 cup dicedBroccoli, fresh, .5 cup, choppedCarrots, cooked, 0.5 cup slicesGreen Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, choppedOnions, raw, .5 cup, slicedSauce ||Nakano - Rice Wine Vinegar (Natural Flavour), 1 tbsp Chicken Broth, .25 cup (8 fl oz)Oyster Sauce, 4 tbspSesame Oil, 1 1tspBrown Sugar, 6 tsp packedCornstarch, .05 cup
Directions
Dice the chicken up and then marinate in soy sauce for at least 30 minutes.

Cook potatoes and chicken together.
Add in the rest of the vegetables.

Combine sauce ingredients while vegetables are cooking. Spread over stir fry, cook until thickened to your liking.
