Heavenly Low Fat Ambrosia

*Dole Pineapple Tidbits 100% Pineapple juice, 2.5 cup*Dole Mandarin Oranges, 1.5 cup *Del Monte Tropical Fruit Salad, 0.5 cup Sour Cream, reduced fat, 1 cup*Cool Whip Lite, 1 serving*Jello Sugar Free Fat Free Instant White Chocolate Pudding, 0.5 cupKraft Jello-o Brand Fat Free Pudding, Vanilla, 1 Serving
Drain juice from pineapple and tropical fruit into measuring cup to equal 1 ½ cups liquid.
In 2 or 3 quart mixing bowl, whip juice and dry puddings until blended and rather thick.
Add sour cream and mix until smooth.
Add fruit and cool whip and fold in gently until all is mixed.
Note: Sometimes I don't like to use the tropical fruit pieces, just the juice. The consistency of some of the fruit is actually quite hard and rather tasteless.
