White Gravy

Ingredients
3 TBSP Whole Wheat Flour3 TBSP Unsalted Butter1 cup Highland Skim Extra Milk1/2 cup Reduced Sodium Chicken Broth 1/4 tsp pepper
Directions
Melt butter in a medium sauce pan over low heat. Add flour and stir until mixed. Add milk, broth, and pepper. Turn up to medium - high heat. Wisk until thickened and bubbly.
