One 7-pound Smithfield smoked ham2 c fresh OJ1 stick butter1 c Splenda Blend1 tsp salt2 T cornstarch
Rinse ham and place in large pot with just enough water to (almost) cover. Cover pot and simmer ham for 30-45 minutes.
Make glaze:
combine all other ingredients in a saucepot and bring to a boil. Immediately turn down to simmer and reduce liquid to glaze consistency.
Put ham face-down in a baking pan. Pour glaze over. Cover with foil and bake at 350°F for 30-45 minutes.
Rest and carve.
