Banana Walnut Loaf- bread machine

Ingredients
nonstick spray1/4 cup butter milk1/3 cup unsalted butter, 1/2 inch pieces at room temperature1 large egg, at room temperature1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract1 cup mashed bananas1 teaspoon salt2/3 cup granulated sugar1 1/3 cups unbleached, all purpose flour3/4 teaspoon baking soda1/2 teaspoon baking powder1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Directions
Coat the inside of the bread pan fitted with the kneading paddle with nonstick cooking spray. Place all ingredients, in order listed, in the bread pan and secure the pan in the Cuisinart (or other brand) automatic bread maker. Press menu button to select the Cake/Quick bread program. Press start/stop to mix and bake. While the batter is mixing, scrape the sides of the bread pan with a rubber spatula to fully incorporate ingredients. When the cycle is complete, remove from bread pan and place on wire rack to cool completely for best slicing results.

Serving Size: makes one 1 1/5 pound loaf for about 16 1 ounce servings
