32 oz. Fat free half and half32 oz. Milk, Fat Free, Skim 1 cup Flour, white 2 TBSPCorn Starch 2 x 1 lb. packagesTurkey Sausage 93% leanGarlic saltPepperChile PowderBrown turkey sausage in deep pan, add in half and half and milk, add in half of flour and season to taste with pepper, garlic salt and chili powder. Add in remaining flour. if it is too thin mix a tbsp of cornstarch with a 1/4 cup of water and add to thicken.
